HAYES, Ann Joy (Rettmeier) - A longtime Everett resident passed away on October 12, 2014, at 74 years. Beloved daughter of Corinne DiLuigi, the late David Rettmeier, and her step father the late Louis DiLuigi. Loving mother of Johanna (Hayes) Vecchia and her husband Frank, and the late William D. Hayes. Loving and longtime companion of Nelson Gelardi. Loving sister of Corinne Troisi, Paul DiLuigi, Louis DiLuigi, Jr, and the late Leona King. Cherished grandmother of Jillian and Andrew. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Barry. Devoted mother of Mary Lou Barry of Westmore, VT, Ann Marie Barry of Everett, Timothy J. Barry, and mother-in-law of Andrea Barry of Stoneham. Loving grandmother of Heather and Timothy P. and great grandmother of Brian. Cherished godmother of Susan Chance (Richardson). Born in Manchester, New Hampshire, Bob lived in Everett for most of his life. He was retired from the MBTA as an inspector. Beloved husband of Constance M. (Marino) for over 64 years. Dear and devoted father of Robert G. Brosseau and his wife, Nora of Franklin. Brother of the late Frances M. D’Amato. Loving grandfather of Elizabeth, Katherine, Michael and Nicholas Brosseau. Brother-in-law of Mary and Dr. Louis Higgins of Reading and A. Jean Marino of Melrose. COVIELLO, James Joseph of Chelsea, entered into rest on Monday, September 29, 2014 in the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He was 91 years of age. Born in Everett, Jimmy lived in Chelsea for many years. He was retired from the City of Chelsea Sanitation Department where he worked for many, many years. He also was retired from the United States Postal Service working in South Boston Postal Annex as a mail handler. In his early years, Jimmy had a rubbish removal and disposal company. Jimmy was very talented with his hands and was considered to be a master builder and craftsman. He built the home he resided in as well as homes and furniture for his family and friends. Beloved husband of the late Carmella A. (Palermo). Dear and devoted father of Ann Marie Kinnally and her husband, Henry of Revere and Janice Fields and her husband, Cliff of Chelsea. Loving PaPa of Lindsey and James Fields. Brother of the late Joseph and Anthony Coviello, Evelyn Briley, Lena Trunfio, Lillian McGrane and Edie DeSimone.
