   BELMONTE, John G. “Big John” of Malden, entered into rest on Friday, August 31, 2012 in the Life Care Center of Stoneham. He was 77 years of age. Born in Cambridge, John lived in Malden for many years. Big John, who was commonly referred as, created “Oldies and Goodies” and was the longtime manager of Cheapo Records, Cambridge. Beloved husband of Bonnie (Kelley). Dear and devoted Dad of Christopher J. Belmonte and his wife, Cindy of Wellesley and loving Papa of Victoria Belmonte.
